How do we break down big audacious goals?
Well, if there’s anyone who would know, it’s Tom Rauen. Tom’s an ultra runner, someone who runs 50, 100 mile races for the challenge of it. Tom is the founder and CEO of 1-800-TSHIRTS and Envision Custom Screen Printing and Embroidery, an Inc. 5000 company. Tom is also the co-founder of Dimensional Brewing Company, a micro-brewery in Dubuque, Iowa, and he has served on many notable boards and non-profits including a foundation Tom and his wife Amanda started, the Rauen Family Foundation, with a mission to giving back to the community.
This coming September, Tom is competing in the world series of ultra running, in Italy, the biggest most competitive race in the world at Mont Blanc, the UTMB. Mont Blanc the highest mountain in the Alps and Western Europe, located on the French-Italian border. It’s a 106 mile race with 33,000 feet of climb
Created in 2003, the race is known as "the most mythical and prestigious trail running race in the world"
